37. When do I need to complete the Report Health Status? How do I fill it in?

You will be notified to complete the Report Health Status every two weeks. The notification will appear at the top of your HealthTrack SG app upon opening the app. Please fill it in when you receive the notification.  

On the HealthTrack SG app, tap on ‘Workspace,’ ‘Health Logs’ and select ‘Report Health Status’. Tap on ‘Report Status’ to complete the questionnaire then click ‘Save’ at the end. You may refer to your responses by coming back to ‘Workspace.’
